Jackie Hanson's New England upbringing is a major influence on her subject matter. Using a variety of media, she explores themes of nature as a force at play with humanity, both opposed and aligned with one another.
This relief print series was created specially for PILLAR's Grand Opening, Flora & Fauna, in September of 2023. Hanson was then featured in PILLAR's first group juried open call, NANO, in November of 2024.
